HOW SCROLL WORKS
More than a scripture app
Scroll the Book of Mormon isn’t just another scripture app — here’s what makes it different.
READ
One verse at a time
Scroll opens straight to the Book of Mormon, one verse on the screen in a calm, book-like type, so you can slow down and actually take it in. Read straight through in order or shuffle, then scroll to the next verse when you’re ready. From any verse you can favorite it, bookmark it, comment on it, share it, or send it to a friend.
STAY CONSISTENT
Reading plans with a streak
Pick a guided, day-by-day plan — the whole Book of Mormon in 90 days or in a year, or something shorter like 1 Nephi in a month or 3 Nephi in a week. Scroll shows how much of the Book of Mormon you’ve read and keeps a daily streak, so it’s easy to pick up where you left off tomorrow.
TOGETHER
Study with your friends
Add friends by their username and see their stories right at the top of the screen. Your feed shows the testimonies your friends share, so reading the scriptures becomes something you do together instead of alone.
DISCUSS
Talk about a verse
Every verse has its own comment thread where you and your friends can share what it means to you. Only your friends on Scroll can see your comments, so it stays a safe place to be honest about your thoughts.
WHO WE ARE
Two cousins, one mission
We’re Donovan Strader and Ben Herrera — two cousins on a mission to share the Restored Gospel of Jesus Christ. Scroll is one way we’re doing that: a simple, free place for anyone to read and study the Book of Mormon.
Support Scroll
Scroll is free, with no ads and nothing to buy. If you’d like to help keep it that way, any donation is appreciated — every bit helps us keep sharing the gospel.
